Why we built it

Paper stamp cards work because they ask for almost nothing. The problem is that they disappear. Customers forget them, lose them, or show up with three half-filled cards. Mon Carnet Client keeps the same habit at the counter, but gives you a clear view of who comes back and who needs a reason to.

The method

The questions that come up first.

Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They add the card to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. If that is not available, they can use a simple web card.
What if they don't have a smartphone wallet?
They can keep a web version of the card through a link. You scan it the same way, and the rewards stay in sync.
Can I keep my current stamp system?
Yes. You choose stamps or points, set the target and decide the reward. The gesture at the counter stays close to what your team already knows.
How long does it take to start?
Most shops can set up the card, choose the reward and print the QR code in a few minutes.
And GDPR?
